Management Team
Juandré de Bruyn
CEO, ABRIS DG
Juandré’s experience includes a background in engineering and business development within the defence sector, with leadership roles in various high-value international projects involving major global defence conglomerates across four continents. His expertise includes unmanned technologies, corporate strategy, business growth, and military-standard compliance.
Juandré is a young and dynamic professional whose work in the unmanned sector has been nominated for innovation awards across Europe. He is also a regular guest keynote speaker at defence conferences addressing the future of unmanned technology and defence capabilities.
Juandré holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch.
Alex Krupiy
VP, STRATEGY & FINANCE
Alex is a Senior finance leader with 20+ years of experience supporting growth, profitability, and governance within large multinational organizations. Proven partner to General Managers and leadership teams, providing insight, financial direction across corporate finance, financing planning, reporting, treasury, controls, tax, and commercial decision-making.
Andrew Hunter
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Andrew comes from background of over 20 years in the British Army, serving on multiple Operational Deployments globally. He has worked with companies across different sectors of multi national armed forces, delivering cutting edge equipment in both training & operational environments. He has strong leadership qualities & ensures that the end users focus matters.
Dariusz Karwinski
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR OF ABRIS PL SP. Z O.O.
Dariusz is an experienced leader with over 30 years of managing teams in demanding environments and working in defense business. A reserve colonel, he taught at university, combining theory with extensive practice in security, management and international conflicts. He served in combat missions in Iraq, Afghanistan and peacekeeping mission in Syria/Israel and completed specialized courses in the USA.
As Defence Attaché in Central Asia, he gained strong diplomatic experience. He speaks several languages and worked in humanitarian mission in Ukraine. A mediator and crisis negotiator, he is known for strategic thinking and decisive action.
His motto: If you have no enemies, you have never stood up for what really matters. Courage and responsibility always come at a price.
