ABRIS Design Group and Redwire Corporation Announce Memorandum of Understanding for Future Multi-Domain Collaboration

Warsaw, Poland — 02/02/2026 — ABRIS Design Group, an international OEM of uncrewed aerial and ground platforms, energy independence, and mission management systems, announced today the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Redwire Defence Tech (formerly known as Edge Autonomy), a global leader in aerospace and defence technology solutions. This MOU will formalise ongoing discussions on collaborative technology initiatives.

The MOU entails opportunities for joint domain missions, focusing on integration concepts involving Redwire’s Penguin aircraft and ABRIS’s Cetus-X and UNEX uncrewed systems. It will also facilitate the development of integrated functionality on ABRIS’ IRIZI mission management system for all uncrewed solutions. These initiatives aim to enhance interoperability between aerial, ground, and command-level assets.
