HR Manager / Specjalista ds. kadr

The international holding Abris Design Group, due to active development and team expansion, invites HR Manager / Specjalista ds. kadr  to cooperate.

Location: Poland (Poznan).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full personnel administration processes in accordance with Polish labour law
  • Prepare, maintain, and oversee employee documentation and HR records
  • Advise management on labour law matters and practical HR solutions
  • Ensure effective cooperation and communication between employees and leadership
  • Participate in Group HR initiatives, policies implementation, and cross-country HR alignment
  • Implement corporate HR standards and internal policies at the Polish entity level
  • Handle statutory reporting and filings (including ZUS and related institutions)
  • Support onboarding and administrative aspects of the employment lifecycle
  • Drive employee engagement and team cohesion initiatives (team-building activities, internal events, feedback processes)
  • Support performance review processes and HR reporting for management
  • Address HR-related matters in a proactive and solution-oriented manner
  • Provide comprehensive operational and communication HR support

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Polish labour law
  • Experience in HR operations, personnel administration, or similar roles
  • Experience in employee communication and engagement activities
  • Hands-on experience with statutory filings and HR documentation processes (e.g., ZUS)
  • Ability to balance employee needs with business and management priorities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accountability and attention to detail
  • Professional proficiency in Polish and English
