Prawnik / Legal Counsel

The international holding Abris Design Group, due to active development and team expansion, invites an Prawnik / Legal Counsel to cooperate.

Location: Poland (Poznan).

Responsibilities:

– Work with local authorities in Poland and the Czech Republic — obtaining certificates, statements, contact with local lawyers and notaries, etc.
– Support the process of obtaining certificates and permits for our business (technology business).
– Preparation and coordination of contracts (mainly in English). Contracts: dealership agreements, product supply agreements, cooperation agreements, NDA, agency agreements, licensing agreements, and other contracts.
– Perform ongoing tasks (letters, various documents, analysis of legislation of different countries, monitoring).
– Contact with banks. Open accounts in various countries (having such experience is highly desirable). Respond to requests from authorities and banks.

Required skills and experience:

– Experience working as a lawyer in the international market
– Law degree from a reputable university — at least 3 years
– Fluent in Polish
– Full working proficiency in English
– Knowledge of another language besides English is an additional advantage.
– Willingness to work quickly, in a fast-paced environment, to learn new things, and to handle pressure (in stressful situations) and multiple tasks.
