Head of Logistics and Procurement

Position Objective

To lead and develop the Abris Design Group’s logistics and procurement function, ensuring timely deliveries, effective supplier management, optimized costs, and operational reliability across the entire supply chain, while managing the team and implementing best-practice processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage logistics and procurement operations (quarterly and monthly planning, budgeting, prioritization)
• Ensure efficient international and domestic logistics, including timely delivery and cost optimization
• Manage supplier relations: sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and performance monitoring
• Oversee customs processes and ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements
• Coordinate and develop the logistics/procurement team, assign tasks and monitor performance
• Collaborate with production, finance, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics and procurement management, preferably in manufacturing or international companies
• Skills in optimizing logistics routes, delivery timelines, and costs
• Experience working with suppliers: sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and development of partnerships
• Understanding of import/export processes, customs clearance, and international documentation
• Knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations of Ukraine and the EU is an advantage
• Experience coordinating customs brokers and controlling supporting documentation
• English language proficiency sufficient for international communication and documentation handling
