Supply Chain Specialist

• Location: Poznań

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support procurement processes for components and materials used in drone manufacturing.
2. Development of a global supplier (Goods and Services) base.
3. Negotiating prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
4. Maintaining business relationships with partners worldwide.
5. Monitoring supplier markets and technology trends, and identifying new sourcing opportunities.
6. Ensuring timely order fulfillment and continuity of supply.
7. Collaborating with Production, R&D, Quality, and Finance departments.
8. Resolving day-to-day supply-related issues and managing risks within the supply chain.
9. Maintain up-to-date warehouse operations.
10. Active involvement in process optimization.

Requirements: 

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist, Strategic Buyer, Logistics, Warehousing or in close to Supply Chain direction roles.
2. Experience in international procurement and cooperation with components suppliers.
3. Good command of Polish and English (minimum B1/B2 level).
4. Strong analytical skills and experience working with procurement, logisitcs and warehouse data.
5. Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
6. Experience in the technology, electronics, aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries will be considered an advantage.
7. Willingness to undertake occasional business travel, both domestically and internationally.

Additional Advantage 

Experience in sourcing components, PCBs, communication systems, batteries, sensors, or other components used in UAV (drone) manufacturing.
